SPOILERS DOWN THE PATH; THE DISCUSSION BELOW WILL NOT BE COMPREHENSIVE WITHOUT IT.

TREAD CAREFULLY. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

There is a dark-light tonal imbalance in this mostly unfunny sequel to Kung Fu Panda that flounders to harness the flow of the entire movie. The plot seems browbeaten, the stunts aren't enticingly quirky & the screenplay could have been way more invigorating!

Although the random visions-seeing is vacuous, the dragon dance costume scene is a mirth to watch! Soothsayer (voiced by Michelle Yeoh), Baby Po & Lord Shen (voiced by Gary Oldman) are prodigious new characters! The puppeteer form & hand-drawn animation are sublime too! Minus the ending that twiddles back & forth aimlessly, one of Master Oogway's final teachings application in it is ad rem.

"Your story may not have such a happy beginning, but that doesn't make you who you are. It is the rest of your story. Who you choose to be."

"So, who are you, Panda?"
